Return policy

All Outfit Outlets products are made to order and customized to your specifications. As such, returns are subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the original order price.

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at Customer@cuppoul-spoon.com. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the product.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded your original payment method, minus the 30% restocking fee. Please note, that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
